|ddi.Data Collection Methodology||1) Cross-sectional observational: Sociodemographic, lifestyle, clinical and nutritional status, skin phenotype, cognitive performance and household income data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The interview was conducted by eight previously trained registered nutritionists, who also carried out anthropometric data collection. Sociodemographic data included information on sex, date of birth, regional area, residence type, marital status, education and professional activity. 2) Collection of venous blood samples or urine.|
